Directions: From Middleburg travel North on Route 104 and travel approximately 2 miles to Auction on the left.
Due to a large expansion project of warehouse and retail area, L & L Market will be selling their original store and warehouse buildings to make way for this huge expansion project.
Item #1: 8,600+-Square Foot Warehouse and Former Store Building
(MUST BE DISMANTLED AND REMOVED)
Item #1 will be sold as one unit consisting of a 40’ X 60’ X 14’ warehouse, 50’ X 100’ X 11’ Store w/12’ X 100’ X 11’ enclosed lean-to containing bath and kitchenette.
Built in 2002, the buildings are 2” X 8” wood framed 16” on center, built on a block foundation giving flexibility for a taller building. The buildings are fully insulated and sheeted exterior and interior with metal sheeting. The warehouse trusses are on 4’ center and the store trusses are on 2’ center.
Building must be dismantled beginning June 19, 2026 thru July 7, 2026. Dumpster will be provided for unwanted materials.
After the sale of Item #1, we will be selling the following items.
Item #2: 20’ X 30’ X 10’ Freezer with 40” and 5’ Doors complete with compressors and condenser.
Item #3: 20’ X 30’ X 10’ Walk-in Cooler with 40” and 5’ Doors complete with compressors and condenser. Both Freezer and cooler are in working order and will be used until auction date.
Item #4: 480 Volt 3 Phase Generator & Disconnect, W/ 47 HP 110 KW, Deutz Diesel Engine
